BR2-02: Making a Cake

Is making a cake like making a work of art? Or is making a cake science? (p.4)

I thought making a cake is art first. I also thought making a cake is science is too strange. Whenever I look cakes in a cake shop, I think they are art. Besides I watched a wedding cake recently. It was too tasty and beautiful. I thought how the cake is cooked. By the way, do you like cakes? What cakes do you like? Incidentally, I like chocolate cake because I like chocolate! When I watch TV program such as cooking program, my mouth waters. Ha-ha. After I read this book, I want to eat some cake. However, according to this book, the best cakes are part science and part art. It is the chemical and physical changes that make the ingredients into a cake. I think so too. I’m proud of patissiers who makes cakes. Thank you for your reading. (141 words)
