Food/eating habits

  Do you have food habits? Incidentally, I have some food habits.

  First I eat nothing at midnight but I eat something recently whenever I am hungry. I eat chocolate at night so I have pimples my face.

  Second I exercise such as take a walk, jog and so on to watch my waistline when I have free time. I play badminton once a week in my school so I don't like that. I think I gain knowledge more.

  Finally, I reduce sugar intake. According to TV programs, it is too dangerous to ingest sugars. At first, I don't quite eat them.
